Rooted in accessible movement and thoughtful education, this certification reflects Soul Strong Yoga’s commitment to high quality training that supports real bodies and real life teaching. Throughout the day, participants will explore effective class structure, safe cueing strategies, and practical tools they can begin using right away. Each participant receives Soul Strong’s Mat Pilates Teacher Training Manual and a complete class sequence to support their teaching journey.

Drawing on James Nestor's Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art and the clinical pranayama framework of Swami Rama's Science of Breath, we will bridge ancient wisdom with modern neuroscience to give you practical, evidence-informed tools you can begin using with clients immediately.
